Rental Fees

$600 per space per hour (4 hour minimum).

Rental Fee includes: Bartender, Barback, Busser, Manager on Duty and Amenities.

Drink Ticket Options

$7/ each Beer and Wine

$9/ each Deluxe

$11/each Premium

Minimum two tickets per person.

Price does not include taxes.

Open Bar Packages

Premium: $80 per person for four hours and $15 each additional hour.

Deluxe: $60 per person for four hours and $10 each additional hour.

Beer and Wine: $40 per person for four hours and $8 each additional hour.

Extra Fees

Security: $25 per hour (I per 50 guests)

A/V Technician: $200 basic lighting for four hour event. $50 each additional hour.
